HEADSTAND AND OTHER RELEVANT INVERSIONS
- This is meant to be a comprehensive workshop in finding meaning, intention, and technical aspects of a headstand and other inversions. Take note that Sweatbox Yoga gives utmost importance to safety measures.
Other relevant inversions – Shoulder Stand, Tripods, Forearm Balance, & Handstand.
- Requirements sure as experience in yoga practice for more than 6 months or at least have an active sports or exercise routine would be preferred.
Not qualified for this workshop but looking for an equally challenging class? You’ll love our yoga conditioning sessions!
*ALSO IMPORTANT TO COME WITH A LIGHT AND JOYFUL DISPOSITION AS IT WOULD BE VERY USEFUL IN FACING DIFFICULTIES.
Just remember that one cannot measure oneself by the ability to get past a posture. What is important is the effort in preparing and practicing that count the most because they are tools that provide insights towards other postures too.
