It doesn’t matter that you can’t make it to the studio, let us bring the classes to you! More than 10 classes a week from basic hatha to intermediate vinyasa classes, there is one for you. These are NOT pre-recorded online classes, but 2 WAY INTERACTIVE classes which both teacher and student can provide feedback real time to each other. We are sorry we can’t bring our HOTNESS to you through ZOOM. But we strive to deliver effective and well guided classes to you during this time. We will cap class to no more than 12 on our 55-inch screen so that class can be conducted competently with clarity to offer corrections on your alignment. We will require a valid payment 2 hours prior to start of class so that we can send the ZOOM link to you. Take your pick from 1 class, 5 or 10 classes! See you on the big screen!
