Cai Jun. CJ found yoga as a journey to take better care of her health when she was a university student. The pleasant release and energy gained from a 60-mins flow practice evolved her once-a-week practice to an almost-daily routine. Few years onward, she signed up for 200-hr teacher training to deepen her understanding of yoga asana and meditative practices. CJ’s classes stem from a place of sharing and she hopes one leaves the mat feeling empowered, at ease.
