Being active all her life, she started to dance at age 7, thanks to her Grandmother.
At 14, she was an assistant ballet teacher and 4 years later, she had my own classes to teach.
At 22, she received her teaching certificate with The Royal Academy of Dancing, UK,
and shortly after, she got her fitness instructor’s training with Clark Hatch USA.
In 2003, she was introduced to Yoga and she fell in love with the different styles of yoga.
Loving all the benefits from each practice, and how well yoga complements her dance and fitness.
In 2009, she attended my 200-hour teacher’s training with Patrick Creelman at Pure Yoga Singapore. From then to the present, with continuous training from workshops and practice with other great teachers, she has been able to actively share tips and knowledge, train and helps instructors and people of all walks of life to love, explore, deepen their practice, and to have fun whilst doing it.
We all have struggles and challenges in our lives, but she believes with regular practice,
it will give you more energy and a better quality of life.
Music is always a part of her class and she believes in herself and knows that she can help any individual in their practice, to motivate & make them realize the importance of yoga in maintaining a sound body and mind here at SweatBox Yoga Singapore.
