*Packages must be paid in full before attending classes
*Any unused classes at the time of expiry will be forfeited. Packages maybe extended for those out of town for more that 1 week up to 2x in a package lifetime.
* Medical certification must be provided for suspension of package due to medical reasons.
*Cancellation has to be submitted at least 2 hours prior to avoid late cancellation charge (1 class count).
