Rachel’s goal is to improve the quality of people’s lives through movement and mindfulness. She aims to provide a non-judgmental space where students get curious, explore and feel empowered by the various movement possibilities.
Over the years, she has expanded her knowledge of movement to one that is trauma-informed and evidence-informed. Her training allows her to offer yoga classes in Singapore that not only emphasize on mind-body awareness but also blends with principles of exercise science and biomechanics.
You can expect her classes to be filled with strength building and mobility work. When she is not teaching, you can find her cuddling with her dog, a Singapore Special, taking walks with her family and attending a spin class with her husband.
