After two decades in the corporate and finance worlds, Caroline stepped into her first yoga class in 2004. Immediately in love with the practice and its mind-body connection, this marked the start of a journey that abides till today. Caroline eventually took her first yoga teacher training in 2012, followed by a 500-hour Advanced Vinyasa Teacher Training with respected teacher Jason Crandell from 2018 to 2019.
Having had a robust teaching schedule with corporate and private clients, yoga studios and fitness centres, she enjoys meeting people from diverse backgrounds. Students describe her classes as fun, engaging and energising. She loves sharing her passion for yoga and seeing students grow in their practice. In her personal fitness lifestyle, she has found yoga to be the perfect complement for bodyweight and free weight training.
A firm believer in upskilling and lifelong learning, Caroline continues to invest in quality training with international teachers in areas including Core, Inversions, Anatomy, Yin Yoga, and Yoga for Mental Health & Trauma. Having returned to the Sweatbox Yoga team, Caroline welcomes everyone to come and explore their practice with her.
