Jodie, currently a nutritionist, also has Chinese and modern dance background for almost 17 years. She is passionate about healthy living and loves to share her passion and tips on yoga and food. Yoga is essential in her life as it helped her relieve stress, be more mindful, at peace and joyful most of the time. She also loves to go beyond her limits by practising challenging yoga poses! She shares her practice in both non-hot and hot yoga classes, where you can grow together and strengthen your mind and body. Her yoga classes range from slow Zen sessions to fast and challenging yoga workouts.
Yoga has been paramount in calming Jodie’s mind, helping her face fear and anxiety, introducing her to wonderful friends, strengthening her spiritual life, and making her physically stronger and confident!
