Nasreen began her yoga practice in 2015 as a teenager. Her main practice is in Ashtanga Yoga, of which she is now starting her third series practice. As busy as life got, she always prided herself in finding time to settle down and do a full practice, which would sometimes take up to 2 hours.
Yoga has helped Nasreen manage the stressful fast-paced life in Singapore and she is determined to help as many people as possible experience its benefits too. It is also part of her mission to dispel the notion that only flexible people can practice yoga. After completing the 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training at Sweatbox Yoga, it brings her great joy to now be a part of the best yoga studio Singapore.
