Samantha’s yoga journey started in 2017 when she was invited to a hot flow class with a friend. For someone with zero fitness history back then, that class left her shattered. Somehow, the energy shared in the class drew her back into the yoga practice; the feeling of getting strong, breathing better, having a clearer mind after each session, and the sense of achievement of what her physical body can do, made yoga a part of her daily life.
After completing her Yoga Teacher Training at Sweatbox, Samantha found yet another joy: sharing her yoga practice with her friends and family. She now shares her practice in Sweatbox’s hot yoga classes Singapore to build better body awareness and strength, and to find mindfulness in each flow and breath.
