Jolene used to feel that yoga was not for her until she gave it another go at a Hot Hatha class at Sweatbox and didn’t look back. As much as she enjoys a good spin or HIIT workout, yoga has changed her life beyond the physical body. Through her yoga practice, she learnt to show compassion, be present, and experience emotional healing; these made her curious and led her to take up Sweatbox’s 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training.
Now, everything has come full circle and Jolene shares her love for the best yoga classes Singapore and a playful practice, offering a safe space to everyone who journeys with her. Her favourite way to flow is anywhere in nature!
