Barre Intensity

Barre is dynamic cardio and muscular exercise that combines elements of Pilates, dance, and functional fitness activities. We incorporate small isolated movement to fatigue the muscles, large range of motion to elevate the heart rate, and sequencing that incorporate upper and lower body to make every minute count. This class is suitable for all levels.

Prepare to move and sweat as you’ve never moved or sweated before while listening to a fun and exciting music selection. The results-driven barre classes will help you master alignment and grace.

We strongly recommend those attending barre intensity classes to wear Pilates socks with grip.
