Barre is dynamic cardio and muscular exercise that combines elements of Pilates, dance, and functional fitness activities. We incorporate small isolated movement to fatigue the muscles, large range of motion to elevate the heart rate, and sequencing that incorporate upper and lower body to make every minute count. This class is suitable for all levels.

We strongly recommend those attending barre intensity classes to wear Pilates socks with grip.
