A gentle class that emphasizes on posture alignment to enhance muscle tone, flexibility, calm mind through the application of breath work and relaxation techniques. You can expect static long poses like hip opening, hamstring stretch, deeper range of motion through the spine and core workout. Intensity depends on teacher to teacher. Each posture is only done once, modifications and alternative postures are suggested as needed. The room temperature is kept at about 35-38 degrees celsius.
This is a beginner friendly intermediate class. We encourage all levels to participate but it is best to first develop a good foundation of the techniques and theory taught in the Hot 26 class.
